HIRAMATSU SANGYO CO.,LTD.has recently developed a new functional
treatment (it is named as BONNET) which is durable WATER-REPELLENT
treatment with a special characteristic of softening hand
feel
maintaining high functions and has started sales at Japanese
domestic market & for overseas business.
The former durable water-repellent treatment for sportswear
was
given durability of water-repellent function to washing and
abrasion but hand feel of fabric had propensity to be hard& stiff
in order to give a treatment of water-repellent function.
"
BONNET®" our new technically developed treatment could
achieve to make hand feel much, much softer maintaining high
function by combining water-repellent material, cross-linking
stuff and newly developed treatment method. To soften hand
feel
has made water-repellent fabric possible to expand its use
not
only for sportswear but also for casual wears. The durability
after laundering maintain as class-5 at the initial stage and
after 100 washings as class-3. This is an epoch making durable
water-repellent treatment with soft hand touch.
In addition to above facts, there is also hi-level oil proof
function at the initial stage and this gives stain-preventing
effect to fabrics. The actual functions such as
water- repellency & preventing stains, you can feel those
effects fully when you wear it.
In addition to above merit, we have also a merit of
cost-performance compared with conventional hi-durable
water-repellent treatment. We can offer our new treatment at
lower & reasonable cost. We are planning to increase this
production mostly on nylon woven fabrics, with certifying the
hand feel & fabric functional performance fabric by fabric
and
treatment method by treatment method. Many Japanese domestic
sportswear apparel manufacturers are showing deep interests
in those treatment and we have already received several
inquiries from them.

Teflon® finish is intended to apply the fluorine
resin finishing
agent of Du Pont to the fabric and protect it from all stain
such as water, oil, mud, smear, etc. in order to maintain the
original color and touch of the fabric for a long period of
time.
For example, it is well-known as frying pan surface coating,
and another famous example is the roof of Tokyo Dome.
The roof coating material of the Dome is woven yarn impregnated
with Teflon®, which is excellent in strength and weatherability
enough to resist the wind and rain for many years.
Due to the stain-proof property of Teflon, the dirt and dust
are
removed by the rain thereby maintaining beautiful whiteness
for
a long period of time.

SANITIZE finish Unfinished
The trademark SANITIZE is well-known throughout the country
and
has been already registered in many countries.
This trademark shows that the product ensures excellent
durability and reliable anti-bacilus deodorization and is far
better than unfinished products with respect to quality assurance.

It improves the water absorbing property of the fabric up to
the level of cotton while maintaining the features of synthetic
fiber (strong, easy to wash, quick to dry, and good fastness).
• Ultraviolet rays preventing finish
Ultraviolet rays are the rays whose wave-length is 200~400 nm(nanometer) of the
sunlight.
Aging of the skin will be promoted if it is frequently exposed
to ultraviolet rays, causing the skin to become rough, wrinkled,
blackened or hardened. Exposing the skin to ultraviolet rays for
a long time may sometimes cause skin cancer. Especially, B waves
(280~320 nm) of ultraviolet rays give bad influences to the skin.
SINOROORU® finish is intended to cut off the bad ultraviolet rays.

* It can remarkably cut off ultraviolet rays B waves (280~320 nm)
which are most harmful to the human body.
* It is safe and free from problems such as skin trouble, etc.
* There is no lessening of the effects due to washing.
* SINOROORU finish will never affect the physical characteristics,
fastness, touch, etc.
* It can be used in combination with durable water repelling

When polyester fiber is coated with acrylic resin or urethane
resin, color migration trouble such as migration of the dye
onto
the coating resin sometimes takes place. INTACOAT® has greatly improved this phenomenon.
Due to the development of unique technology, either plain dyeing
and printing can be performed without affecting the touch of
the base cloth.
In addition to the migration/sublimation preventing function,
it ensures excellent water resisting and water proofing properties.
It is also effective to prevent browning of parasol tops.

Deodorizing finish OFFSME® is able to

eight legal smell substances as mentioned in the following.
Particularly, it is effective to eliminate ammonia and trimethyl
amine.

"Great II" which is a deodorizer with chemical
deodorizing and
adsorbing effects combined is also available.

polyester fabric, in addition to durable waterproof finish
(BONNET® series), we have added furthermore at the same
time durable antistatic finish. This is durable so even
after laundry,
we can get rid of unpleasantness by static electricity.

durably stick even after 20HL.

We have tested and judged on basis of JIS-Z-2991:2000 method by smearing above
mixed fungi bodies on a PDA basement and then
pasting our finished sample fabric onto it, and culturing
bacteria for 7 days under 82-83°F. The result came out no
growth of hypha could not observed where our finished sample
fabric touched.

To put "LEEBUS"treatment by technical method of coating
on the
back side of fabric, the rubbing frictional resistance on the
back side of fabric becomes stronger and so it plays strongly
to prevent slipping.
